Our name is a reflection of the breadth of globally-influenced baked goods and pastries we aim to produce and the depth of flavor, care, and detail we want to showcase in our products.
In this exceptionally divisive time, we also hope our brand serves as a reminder to take a deep breath, and appreciate our commonality - love of simple joys and comforts, like a warm loaf of bread or fresh pastry - despite the innumerous stressors of everyday life.
