While traditional baguettes typically utilize a type of preferment called a "poolish" to develop a deeper flavor, we've instead opted to use sourdough in our baguette process. Deep, complex, sour flavor and only four simple ingredients - flour, water, salt & natural yeast from our sourdough starter! Perfect to enjoy with your next charcuterie board or glass of wine!
At this time, all of our products are made-to-preorder due to the long sourdough fermentation process. Preorders will close 2 days prior to pickup date to allow sufficient preparation and fermentation time.
Baguettes can be ordered as part of a weekly subscription using the "Weekly Subscription Stripe Checkout" button or as a regular preorder using the "Single Preorder" button.
