Croissants can be made sourdough? Yes, and we're very happy to present ours - buttery, flaky, and slightly tangy goodness! Laminated with high-fat butter and fermented overnight with our sourdough starter, our delicate, complex, sourdough croissants are something we're proud to produce in a home setting!
At this time, all of our products are made-to-preorder due to the long sourdough fermentation process. Preorders will close 2 days prior to pickup date to allow sufficient preparation and fermentation time.
As each batch of Sourdough Croissants produces 8 pastries and is made-to-preorder, a minimum quantity of 4 must be purchased.
Additionally, Sourdough Croissants are not available for our subscription orders at this time.
