In the Philippines, Pandesal is a beloved staple bread found in many bakeries and is often enjoyed with other common Filipino breakfast foods and coffee. Slightly sweet, perfectly salty, and combined with the tanginess from natural fermentation, our Pandesal is an exceptionally versatile bread roll!
At this time, all of our products are made-to-preorder due to the long sourdough fermentation process. Preorders will close 2 days prior to pickup date to allow sufficient preparation and fermentation time.
As each batch produces 12 rolls and is made-to-preorder, Pandesal is sold in groups of 6 rolls per order.
