Our take on the classic West Virginia pepperoni roll! All the spicy goodness of pepperoni rolled into our flaky, buttery sourdough laminated pastry.
At this time, all of our products are made-to-preorder due to the long sourdough fermentation process. Preorders will close 2 days prior to pickup date to allow sufficient preparation and fermentation time.
As each batch of Sourdough Croissants produces 8 pastries and is made-to-preorder, a minimum quantity of 4 must be purchased.
Additionally, Sourdough Croissants are not available for our subscription orders at this time.
